National Capital Golf, LLC (“NCG”)
owns and operates golf course properties along the Eastern Seaboard of the United States. NCG
has been established to purchase and own multiple golf properties in destination golf venues, prime resort areas and major population locations. The areas of
focus include Northern Virginia, the Maryland/Delaware Eastern Shore, North
Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida. Targeted
properties are semi-private and public courses in which significant capital
has already been invested and which can be played virtually year round
allowing NCG to develop the Clubs into private semi-private facilities. NCG’s goal is to assemble a cluster of
properties that will eventually represent an inventory of value-based assets
that span the Eastern Seaboard from Delaware to Florida. National
Capital Golf’s goal is to create an exclusive member-like environment and
private club service level for the members and guests who will utilize the
golfing and club facilities |
